Spring 2021 Applications  

Open January 1, 2021 

Eligible candidate must be a minority female currently enrolled in college with any declared major. The cumulative GPA requirement is a minimal of a 2.50. Applicant is required to submit a complete application with a 200-word essay in any format on, "The Importance of Education." A 10 hour volunteering commitment with any community organization is also required. If an applicant can provide proof of service hours  within 30 days of the submission

deadline, those hours will be credited. 

This scholarship is $1,000. Two recipients will be selected for 2020.

The Hope Scholarship

Eligible candidate must be a minority female currently enrolled in college with a declared major in Nursing. The cumulative GPA requirement is a minimal of a 3.0. Applicant is required to submit a complete application with a 200-word essay in any format on, "My Passion To Help Others." A 10 hour volunteering commitment with any community organization is also required. If an applicant can provide proof of service hours  within 30 days of the submission

deadline, those hours will be credited. 

This scholarship is $500. One recipient will be selected for 2020.

The Charlot HBCU Scholarship

Eligible candidate must

be a first generation minority female currently enrolled in a HBCU with any declared major. The cumulative GPA requirement is a minimal of a 2.75. Applicant is required to submit a complete application with a 200-word essay in any format on, "My View of Society, As a Minority." A 10-hour volunteering commitment with any community organization is also required. If an applicant can provide proof of service hours within 30 days of the submission deadline, those hours will be credited. This scholarship is $300.
